Mohawk Valley Doulas is a co-operative of doulas who network together sharing and teaching about labor, birth and babies.  Our doulas bring their years of experience to your birth.  We will support you both physically and emotionally as well as spiritually.  Through our years of service to birthing women we have learned how to help moms handle the challenges of delivery.  We use relaxation, body position, movement, breathing and continual support throughout your labor to help you have the birth you desire.
